Natural Products Isolation: A Challenges and Redressal (AOICS) - Lupine Publishers

Natural Products (NPs) are Chemical compounds directly found from the nature or can say from life. Chemical compounds are the secondary metabolites do not take parts any physiological function of plant and organism, the plant produces these secondary metabolites in stress for defence mechanism against herbivory and other inter-species defences. Various groups of NPs (Chemical compounds) are found in the plant and Animal, but the plant kingdom is very diverse and broad in presence of these chemical compounds (Phytomolecules). Last 20 years almost 50% drugs directly or indirectly derived from NPs for Human welfare, some of them are: Morphine, Penicilline G, Colchin, Pacitaxel, Atorvastatin, Vinblastine and Vincristine etc. NPs have important pharmacological activities act as active component for both traditional and modern medicines and open a rout of drug discovery and development by providing the lead molecules.

Dependence of Cadmium Sulfide Fluorescence on the Excitation Light Energy (AOICS) - Lupine Publishers

Monotonic dependence ofthe fluorescence band position on the exciting light energy has been shown in polycrystalline hexagonal cadmium sulfide at 293 K. The observed phenomenon is interpreted on the basis of a qualitative model assuming the emission levels initiation in the energy gap as a result of antibonding (Cd-S)*-orbital's occupation in the course of electron excitation.

Improved Enantioselective Enzymatic Synthesis of (S) - Pregabalin (AOICS) - Lupine Publishers

The manuscript aims to throw light on the route of synthesis of (3S)-3-(Amino methyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid: (PREGABALIN), which is a cost effective and efficient route. Pregabalin is a drug that is used in the treatment of epilepsy, neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and generalized anxiety disorder. This process of synthesis makes use of a liquid enzyme to avoid cost hike and improves the overall chiral purity of the final product accompanied with improved higher yields and purity. The investigational studies performed in this article will help improve the existing processes in certain aspects as discussed above.

Cyclohexane is a non planar molecule and the shape of which is vaguely resembles a chair. The conformation of cyclohexane molecule is constantly changing with the atom on the left which is currently pointing down flipping up and the one on the right flipping down. During the process, another (slightly less stable) form of cyclohexane is formed known as the "boat" form. In this arrangement, both of these atoms are either pointing up or down at the same time. It is a cyclic alkane that melts at 6 °C and boils at 81 °C. It is nearly insoluble in water.

Camphor Sulfonic Acid Catalyzed Facile and Atom Economical Access to Highly Substituted Piperidines via One Pot Multi Component Reactions (AOICS)- Lupine Publishers

A simple and efficient protocol has been developed for the synthesis of highly substituted Piperidines derivatives. This strategy demonstrated five component reactions of two equivalents of aldehydes, two equivalents of anilines and (3-keto esters in ethanol using 10 mol% of camphor sulfonic acid at reflux. The significant features of the present protocol include excellent yield, shorter reaction time, and easy work up procedure, broad substrate scope, high atom economy and formation of C-C and C-N bond in a single step operation.

Level of Some Adipokines in Obese Type 2 Diabetic Egyptian Patients with Coronary Artery Stenosis (AOICS) - Lupine Publishers

Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are the leading global cause of death accounting for 17.5 million deaths per year, a number that is expected to grow to more than 23.6 million by 2030. Cardiovascular diseases result mainly from atherosclerosis which involves a chronic and progressive inflammatory response of the vessel wall to injuries promoted by risk factors such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes and others. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is usually proceeded with a state of insulin resistance or insufficient insulin signal pathways that plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of the disease and its associated complication.

Heterobimetallic Aryloxides of Titanatranes with Aluminum Alkyls for Ring opening polymerization (ROP) of rac-Lactide (AOICS) - Lupine Publishers

The titanatrane titanium complexes were treated with Aluminum Alkyls to prepare their bimetallic derivatives (1a-4a). The compounds were confirmed by means of NMR and elemental analysis. The complexes were used as catalysts for ring opening polymerization of racemic lactide. The complexes exhibit high activity and selectivity in the polymerization process.
